Project Construction:

We are pleased to announce the bridge over the Virgin River is in and you now can drive directly onto the Quarter Circle H Ranch Log Home Community from Scenic Highway 89.

The contract has b een let for the architectural design of the massive entrance to the property from the highway and we should be able to have it fully constructed (with lighting) later this summer.

This las week, the phone company started "shooting" the fiber strands through the lines for the fiber optics communication...so, we should have fiber optics available to each homesite before long.

Las, but not least... all of the electrical, water, and swere lines have been stubbed to each and every homesite.

Note of interest: Arrowhead Bed & Breakfast have opened the Broken Arrow Restaurant for the season. Jane and Chef Laura serve up wonderful gourmet food and it is a very comfortable "down home" ambiance for great evening dining.
